Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Architecture Specialist at Urban Edge Developments. The Architecture Specialist will be responsible for architectural design, communication with stakeholders, solution architecture, and integration of various components. The role will involve working closely with the design team to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an architectural firm
• Create and develop (3d modelling & 2d plans) for a variety of building projects
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders
• Experience in solution architecture and integration
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
