Coordinate with other Technical Office engineers to produce shop drawings with focus on aesthetics and cost control.
Analyze building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural and civil designs.
Coordinate structural, electrical, and mechanical designs, and determine a method of presentation to graphically represent building plans.
Resolve arising conflicts between various design components.
Draw rough and detailed scale plans for foundations, buildings, and structures, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets, and other data.
Determine and direct procedures and instructions to be followed according to design specifications and quantity of required materials.
Obtain and assemble data to complete structure designs, visiting job sites to compile measurements as necessary.
Review requests for information (RFI) documents to ensure correctness and completeness for sending them to the customer or engineering consultant.
Provide calculations of the quantities required of each material or design item, especially in lump sum projects, and communicate these to relevant project personnel for cost estimation and analysis.
Conduct site visits, in case the project is lump sum brown filed, to carry out measurements and calculations in order to verify the accuracy of survey data.

Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering or agriculture
1-5 Years experience in Landscape and infrastructure projects.
