About the Job

We have an exciting opportunity for an Area Director of Rooms to join our team at Yas Plaza Hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for hospitality and be responsible for directing, leading, and managing the Rooms Division operations of the Hotels. This role includes the development and implementation of the annual business plan for the rooms, as well as medium-term strategies. The Area Director will also establish key performance objectives and plans to ensure that the hotel meets its business targets and drives sustainable, profitable growth.

About You

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management
• A minimum 10-year hotel experience including 5 years in a senior role in the rooms division
• Ability to assimilate operational statistics quickly and see how they can be used to enhance the position of the property
• Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
• Service-oriented style with professional presentation skills
• Proficiency in financial management and data analysis
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
