Job DescriptionAs Area Manager you will be responsible for Rmy Cointreau portfolio development and brand image growth within the region, delivering volume/value targets, business and market share long-term growth in the extremely volatile environment, developing and maintaining good working relationship with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
To establish strong relationships and collaboration with our partners and other stakeholders and maintain brand strength for Remy Cointreau portfolio and strong reputation of Remy Cointreau company.
Develop and deliver P&L targets: CNS/ COP/ GM%, in particular.
Build a three-year plan for your markets in line with brand strategies
Develop yearly sales, distribution, and visibility plans per brand / channel / customer
Give input to brand building and marketing strategies, especially, especially, related to local relevance
Develop (jointly with distributors) a comprehensive Gross-to- Net plans
Forecast accurately on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.
Set up clear shipments / depletions targets and ensure objectives are achieved
Take responsibility for the implementation of brand plans brilliantly in trade.
Monitor depletions/ shipments / stock trajectory to achieve a healthy business profile
Business and Financial planning and controlling as per the company process.
Jointly with distributors, set up a comprehensive reporting framework as well as WOWs with distributors and customers (where relevant) that will allow RC team to monitor the business performance
Share strategic plans and best practice with distributors
Share best practice with distributors, customers, and RC teams
Manage A&P budget, monitor FTT and T&E budgets
Ensuring that all compliance and legal aspects are adhered to in accordance with RC policies and guidelies, and local requirements
Competitor Insight
Monitor the competition within your territory under your scope and report back to RC ( Competitive product, activations, pricing)
QualificationsWith your professional diploma/degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent,
You have a minimum 3 years working experience in sales and Marketing environment of FMCG and/or Luxury companies,
You will bring your knowledge of the targeted markets / countries and alsoin spirits market, brand specifications, competitor products and pricing.
You have shown good skills in structured selling, presentation, communication, negotiation, planning, administration and time management
You are self-motivated, have a commercial awareness
English fluent
