Job Description

Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight: Provide leadership and direction to multiple fast food units within a designated geographic area, ensuring consistent adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures across all locations.

Performance Management: Monitor key performance metrics, including sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, and take proactive measures to address any issues and drive continuous improvement.

Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor unit managers and staff members, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer service excellence, and supporting their professional growth and development.

Financial Management: Manage budgets, P&L statements, and financial forecasts for the area, optimizing resource allocation, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue generation while meeting or exceeding financial targets.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth, market expansion, and brand awareness within the area, in alignment with company goals and objectives.

Franchise Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, providing support, guidance, and resources to ensure their success and compliance with brand standards and operating procedures.

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and audits of fast food units to assess compliance with food safety regulations, cleanliness standards, and operational best practices, and take corrective actions as needed.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences within the area, and leverage insights to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Customer Engagement: Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction scores, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to enhance the overall dining experience and build customer loyalty.

Skills and qualifications:

Leadership: strong leadership and management skills to inspire and motivate teams, drive performance, and foster a positive work culture focused on excellence and continuous improvement.

Communication: excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees, franchisees, senior management, and external stakeholders, and convey information clearly and persuasively.

Problem-Solving: analytical mindset and critical thinking skills to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement solutions in a timely and effective manner, while balancing competing priorities.

Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial principles and metrics, with the ability to analyze financial data, develop budgets, and make informed decisions to achieve business objectives and maximize profitability.

Adaptability: flexibility to adapt to changing business environments, market conditions, and operational challenges, and adjust strategies and priorities accordingly to drive business success.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills are needed to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and delegate responsibilities effectively.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-unit management or operations management roles, preferably within the fast food or restaurant industry.

a proven track record of achieving and exceeding business targets, driving operational excellence, and leading teams to success.

Experience with franchise operations and familiarity with franchising agreements and regulations is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to travel within the designated area to visit fast food units, attend meetings, and support franchisees as needed.

Strong commitment to upholding brand standards, values, and reputation, and representing the company in a professional and ethical manner.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
