Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Area Manager with Caffe
experience to oversee and manage the operational and commercial aspects of our client's Restaurants. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our operations, achieving sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding leadership and management skills, be highly organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Area Manager Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the daily operations of our business in a specific
geographic region.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase
profitability.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local
laws, regulations, and standards.
Manage and motivate a team of employees, including hiring, training, and
performance management.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers,
vendors, and community leaders.
Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on region performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer complaints and
resolving issues.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of information and resources across the organization.
Oversee the daily operations of the cafe.
Training new baristas.
Employees should receive training on making drinks and using coffee makers
correctly.
As needed, place orders for supplies (such as takeout cups, coffee, milk, and
other ingredients) and coordinate with vendors.
Ensure that your daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and cost records are kept up to date.
Depending on the season and the tastes of the patrons, add new menu items
(vegan coffee drinks, for example).
Provide employees with guidance on how to handle client concerns and
provide exceptional customer service.
Develop cordial connections with clients in order to foster loyalty and improve the standing.
Area manager skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to
make informed decisions .

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and standards related to our business
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing operations.
Experience in the industry or related field is a plus
Strong understanding of business finance and accounting principles
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and community leaders.
F& B Restaurant experience is mandatory.
