Job Description

NOK human capital is hiring Area manager for a well-known telecommunication company based in KSA, Located in Riyadh

#Only for Saudi Arabians

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the target of the designated area across all brands.
  • All departments within the head office of that area will be reporting directly to you.
  • Since this is a D2C sales operation, recruitment plans and training are none stop and falls directly under your management.
  • As a sales company dealing with multiple telecom operators, all brands and channels will have separate management and should be managed with equal attention and success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Area manager will be responsible to all brands and sales channels within the designated area.
  • All supervisors and channel managers will be reporting to him.
  • Ensure all areas KPIs are achieved.
  • Follow up on recruitment and training plans and KPIs.
  • Ensure a vertical and horizontal expansion plan.
  • The expansion plan to include all brands.
  • Set up sales target per brand after getting approval from sales manager.
  • Set up recruitment target after getting approval from sales manager.

Requirements:

1- BA degree in business management or related fields.

2- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of direct-to-consumer sales management.

3- Driver license and transferrable Iqama for KSA residents.
