Sales Manager Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and experience in customer relationship management. This role will also involve strategic planning and developing sales quotas and goals.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager in Waste Management & Recycling. He/she will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and providing best customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and initiatives.
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
  • Coordinate with marketing department to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales strategies.
  • Analyse sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients.
  • Prepare regular reports on progress and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Experience in recycling, treatment and processing of recyclable waste is a MUST
  • 3+ Years of experience in a similar Industries (recycling, E-Waste, specialised waste, ITADor Waste Management) with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • UAE Driving License + Own Car
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of the corporate services industry
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
