Position: Area Sales Specialist
Employment Type: Full-time (salary + commission based)
What You'll Do:
- Engage in converting qualified leads and listings into successful transactions.
- Cultivate relationships within specific communities to expand your network.
- Collaborate with sellers and landlords to ensure competitive market pricing and match clients with suitable properties.
- Provide clients with expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and mortgage options.
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers, sellers, and landlords.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate industry (secondary market)
- Proficient in sales negotiation, communication, and client relationship building.
- Possession of a valid driving license (preferred)
- Fluency in English (Russian and Chinese desirable)
