Job Summary:

We are looking for an exceptional Art Director to lead our creative team and ensure the consistent implementation of Jaco's brand across all materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in art direction, a keen eye for design, and the ability to create unique brand identities for various activities and campaigns. As the Art Director, you will oversee the entire creative process, from conceptualization to final execution, ensuring that all materials align with our brand's vision and standards. This role requires excellent leadership skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of design principles.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Execute and deliver branding files.

- Ensure Jaco's brand is suitable for all materials.

- Design and execute with the team the best materials, including involvement in all stages of video production, designs, and printing.

- Lead and inspire the creative team to produce high-quality work.

- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials.

Requirements:

- Extensive experience in art direction, particularly in a creative agency.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful branding projects.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Proficiency in design software and tools.

- Strong understanding of design principles and branding.
