Art Director

Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and develop creative design concepts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
2. Lead and manage a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
3. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design practices to ensure the agency's work remains innovative and competitive.
4. Oversee the production process, ensuring the final output meets quality standards and client expectations.
5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget constraints.
6. Provide guidance and support to the design team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative leadership role, preferably in a creative agency.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects.
4. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
5. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
