Egybell Is hiring Lead Creative/Art Director for Qatari Based Marketing Agency
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the creative team in developing innovative and compelling visual content.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to conceptualize and execute creative strategies.
- Oversee the entire creative process from concept to final execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Develop visual assets for a variety of media, including digital, print, video, and social media.
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies into the creative process.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to designer lead, designers and other team members.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Creative Lead or Art Director in a creative agency or similar environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with motion graphics and video production.
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
- Familiarity with web design and development
