Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AI Consultant to lead the integration of artificial intelligence technologies the operational and management systems. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI and automation technologies and their practical applications within the furniture industry.
Responsibilities:
AI Integration in Design:
- Develop and implement AI-driven tools and algorithms to enhance creativity and efficiency in architecture and interior design.
- Collaborate with design teams to create innovative, data-driven design solutions that improve aesthetic appeal and functionality.
- Utilize machine learning models to predict design trends and customer preferences.
- Operational Automation:
- Analyze existing operational processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Implement AI systems to streamline inventory management, supply chain logistics, and manufacturing processes.
- Develop predictive maintenance models for manufacturing equipment to reduce downtime and increase productivity.
Strategic Consulting:
- Provide strategic advice to senior management on incorporating AI into business strategies and practices.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate staff on AI tools and methodologies.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and automation, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of technology.
- Project Management:
- Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure successful execution of AI initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, manage resources, and adjust timelines and strategies as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and ethical considerations regarding AI use.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field or 6+ years of experience.
- Proven experience in applying AI and automation in architecture, interior design, or related industries.
- Strong technical proficiency in AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and RPA.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Commitment:
Around 25 hours weekly on average
In the first month we can expect 40 hours weekly
