Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer to join the Baguette team and spearhead the development of AI-powered features. You will play a key role in building, training, and deploying machine learning models that drive automation, analytics, and business optimization for SMEs. Your expertise in large language models (LLMs) and data lakes will ensure that Baguette provides cutting-edge solutions tailored to the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI models to enhance business workflows within Baguette (e.g., automating HR processes, CRM insights, financial analytics).
• Design and optimize data lakes for AI applications, ensuring scalability and seamless integration.
• Implement and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) to support features like natural language processing and automated reporting.
• Collaborate with backend and frontend developers to ensure smooth integration of AI solutions into Baguettes Laravel and React framework.
• Continuously improve AI systems to provide real-time insights and predictions for business users.
• Monitor, maintain, and update deployed AI models to ensure performance and accuracy over time.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in machine learning, deep learning, and AI development.
• Expertise in Python and AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Proven experience with large language models (LLMs) and building data lakes.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI models into web applications, with knowledge of Laravel and React as a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in AI.

Nice to Have:

Prior experience working with AI-driven SaaS platforms.

Knowledge of NLP (Natural Language Processing) and predictive analytics.
