We are looking for an experienced Asset Management - Senior Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the Asset Management department, including policies, procedures, and operational frameworks aligned with industry best practices.
- Establish a comprehensive asset registry and ensure accurate categorization, tagging, and documentation of all company assets.
- Oversee asset performance, maintenance schedules, and cost control to align with organizational goals.
- Lead the Asset Management team in managing fixed assets, facilities, fleet, and maintenance operations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory standards compliance.
- Implement data-driven decision-making through asset tracking, monitoring, and reporting systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and Procurement, to align asset management practices with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reductions across asset portfolios.
- Prepare and present performance reports, risk assessments, and future investment plans to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (10+ years) in asset management, facilities management, or operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management, maintenance best practices, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in asset management software and ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of sustainability and energy management practices is a plus.
