Qualifications
Excellent communication skills
English and French are mandatory
Ability to quickly adapt to customer needs
Working hours: from 16:00 till 1:00 AM on Weekdays and Weekends
Essential duties and Responsibilities
Listens actively, providing accurate information and advice
Gathers information in a polite and professional manner
Answers incoming calls in a prompt, polite, professional manner and answering customer questions
Handles at least 100 incoming call per shift
Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction
Answers inbound calls and guide the patients to their portal to book appointments and to manage their medical documents
