Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Chef at RAW & BOWL'D in Amman. The Assistant Chef will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment. The role also involves collaborating with the head chef to create new dishes, ensuring food quality and consistency, and following all food safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Culinary skills, Food preparation, and Cooking abilities
• Experience in kitchen operations and food handling
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Team player and good communication skills
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Culinary degree or certification is beneficial
