Job Summary:
As a Assistant at Egypt Assistance, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to customers and clients, ensuring that their inquiries and concerns are addressed efficiently. You will play a key role in maintaining positive relationships, solving issues, and delivering a high standard of service across various channels including phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding services, policies, and procedures.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Follow up on customer cases to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues.
- Assist in processing claims, requests, and service orders in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update customer records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Uphold company values and deliver customer service in line with Egypt Assistance's standards of excellence.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Russian and English.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and systems.
