Position OverviewSupport the Marketing Director and Digital Marketing Manager to develop the strategic marketing plans necessary to achieve the companys goals and objectives with a focus on digital marketing initiatives, including social media content and platform management. Manage and lead areas of planning, process management, needs assessment, execution oversight, and budget management as it relates to social media marketing-related topics.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Develop digital/social marketing strategy and plan for CPGs portfolio to drive business growth and meet
· business goals.
· Plan and implement digital/social marketing campaigns for promotions, product launches and new shop openings, including social content strategy, social media platform strategy and ads that are part of the comprehensive marketing plan.
· Lead social media content creation, social media platform management and social media advertising to ensure high performance content with high quality and ROI.
· Assist Digital Marketing Manager in managing company and brand websites.
· Assist Digital Marketing Manager to optimize digital marketing performance and growth marketing for the company and its portfolio on all necessary platforms with efficient tactics, including Google and Social ads and other SEM necessary.
· Work with Digital Marketing Manager on determining digital/social marketing priorities and develop relevant measurement metrics based on business goals and objectives.
· Agency and vendor sourcing and management based on company digital/social marketing needs.
· Marketing budget management and ROI analysis
· Work closely with Marketing Director, Digital Marketing Manager, and other departments to understand business needs and help the organization be creative, efficient, and effective around marketing efforts.
· Enhance consumer journey and customer relationship and database management with digital marketing tactics and best practices.
· Industry and competitive research and analysis
· Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
- Qualifications and Skills*
· Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Or Equivalent (MBA is a plus)
· At least 3 years of experience in handling core campaign operations in Search, Paid Social, Display, and Video advertising.
· Solid experience in building, managing, and maintaining websites/SEO experience
· Media planning experience is essential.
· Knowledge and experience with media buy/SEM
· Solid experience activating, optimizing, and managing ads like Google ads, Meta ads, LinkedIn ads, TikTok and Snapchat ads.
· Build weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports using advanced Excel.
· Preferred GCC regional and F&B industry experience.
· Expertise in using and implementing web tracking and analytics tools (e.g.GA4, GTM etc.) - Skilled in Website creation and management.
· Mastery in social media scheduling, posting, and managing.
· High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
· Open to learning new skills.
