Job Description

Role: Assistant Front Office Manager

Location: Nassim Al Najaf Hotel, Al Najaf, Iraq

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage office administration tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
  2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service at the front office.
  3. Maintain effective communication channels within the hotel, ensuring all departments are well-informed.
  4. Oversee the front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and handling guest inquiries and complaints.
  5. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
  6. Assist in training and supervising front office staff to deliver consistent service standards.
  7. Handle billing and financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  8. Implement procedures to enhance efficiency and improve customer service.
  9. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during guests stays.
  10. Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to develop strategies for business development and enhancing guest experiences.
  11. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to provide guests with relevant information.

Qualifications:

  1. Proficiency in office administration and front office operations.
  2. Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional service.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
  5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proven problem-solving abilities.
  7. Experience in the business development industry would be advantageous.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
