Role: Assistant Front Office Manager
Location: Nassim Al Najaf Hotel, Al Najaf, Iraq
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Responsibilities:
- Manage office administration tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service at the front office.
- Maintain effective communication channels within the hotel, ensuring all departments are well-informed.
- Oversee the front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and handling guest inquiries and complaints.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
- Assist in training and supervising front office staff to deliver consistent service standards.
- Handle billing and financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Implement procedures to enhance efficiency and improve customer service.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during guests stays.
- Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to develop strategies for business development and enhancing guest experiences.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to provide guests with relevant information.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in office administration and front office operations.
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in the business development industry would be advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
