InterContinental Aqaba Resort is looking to hire an Assistant Human Resources Manager.
Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources and within the limits of established InterContinental Hotels Group Policies and Procedures, the Assistant Human Resources Manager is expected to assist HR Director with recruitment, record maintenance, implement Policies and Procedures, implement HR Systems and strategies, payroll processing, and provide clerical support to all employees.
The primary responsibility of this role is to align the hotel s policies and procedures to deliver True Hospitality and create the right environment in which our colleagues can experience our winning ways and IHG commitment.
