As the Assistant Laundry Manager, you will play a vital role in managing the laundry operations and ensuring the highest level of service and quality for our prestigious client.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Laundry Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the laundry department
- Supervise and train laundry personnel to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency
- Monitor and maintain inventory of linen, uniforms, and other laundry supplies
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet client's expectations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and smooth communication
- Handle any laundry-related requests or concerns from the client
Requirements
- Prior experience in a leadership role in a luxury hotel or UHNWF setting
