Job Responsibility:
Assistant Manager CLM is responsible for end-to-end campaign execution and performance monitoring.
- Identifying Opportunities and Designing Campaigns based on customers needs, profile, and behavior.
- Design & execution of campaigns in all channels (Direct Channels, frontline, dedicated teams) and monitoring systems performance to assure the campaigns are launched properly.
- Monitoring and checking campaigns executed through OBIEE-CRM (Campaign Automation)
- Develop and present campaign performance reports.
- Align with Product/Segment Stakeholders on the respective Lifecycle initiatives (Sales & CX)
Job Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in relevant field
- Relevant experience in related/similar job (over 2-4 years)
- UAE National with Family Book
