About the Job:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute the resort's digital marketing strategies and campaigns, including social media, email marketing, search engine marketing, and display advertising.
- Manage social media accounts, create and curate content, and develop social media advertising campaigns to increase engagement and followers.
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmenting lists, creating email templates, and monitoring campaign performance.
- Monitor and optimize search engine marketing campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management.
- Develop and implement display advertising campaigns, including banner ads and retargeting campaigns.
- Manage the resort's website, including updating content, monitoring performance, and ensuring an excellent user experience.
- Analyze digital marketing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and provide regular reports to the Marketing Manager.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques and make recommendations for new campaigns and strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and revenue management, to ensure digital marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
- Execute and periodically adjust comprehensive marketing strategies and programmes for Jumeirah Saadiyat Island, managing all digital marketing activities within designated budgets.
- Prepare sound annual activity plans as well as campaign specific individual marketing activity plans in line with the departmental standard, with relevant buy in from all stakeholders and market the SBU through strategic integrated marketing and branding strategies.
- Manage agency relationships from the perspective of advertising, graphic design, printing, promotional events and media, in an effort that these partners fully understand and maximise the value of the individual brands.
- Design and development of marketing materials for the SBU with final sign off on all communication, brand touch points and materials by the Marketing Communications Manager.
- Improve the marketing efficiency ratio, ROI and ROE, for all marketing activities, establish campaigns and measure success / failure.
- Contribute to and maintain an artwork archive for all marketing projects, within the designated area of the department, with backup of all artwork and provision of sample collateral.
About You:
- 2 plus years brand marketing experience in the service industry.
- Digital Marketing experience with luxury brands.
- Operational experience in Food & Beverage or related service industry.
- Performance Marketing Experience
- Required Bachelor's degree or Professional Degree in Marketing / Advertising / Media or equivalent.
- Strong communicator across a variety of platforms and on all levels
