Company Description

International Steel Industry, part of Garawany Group, is a leading company in the Steel Industry in Egypt. It is currently leading a prime project, the Pre-stressed Wires Plant, in partnership with the Egyptian Governorate and the Holding Company for Chemical Industries, which is owned by the Ministry of Business Sector.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at International Steel Industry. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing and coordinating projects, implementing strategies to increase efficiency, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience in the Steel Industry or similar manufacturing environments
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of production planning and quality control processes
• Proficiency in project management software
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Should have
