POSITION OBJECTIVE | |
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various divisions/business units/departments of Landmark Arabia for ensuring adherence to legal provisions and providing legal advice, to minimize and effectively manage legal exposure. The ideal candidate will also provide support in contracting and renewal of commercial leases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the collection and organization of documents and information from various cases at the firm. Further, the ideal candidate shall be responsible for attending court hearings, draft the memorandums, appeals, and also prepare and oversee company's various contracts/agreements to protect company's interest and to ensure that contracts/agreements are according to the laws. | |
