Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Manager - Project Management Office

Location: Dubai

Role Summary:

Responsible for delivering of a business-critical service to ensure that customers expectations are exceeded. Manage to finish projects within the timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and address any deviations from the plan.
  • Prepare and maintain all project document like project scope, plan, risk register, stakeholder register, DOA, Governance structure, etc.
  • Communicate project updates, progress, and potential issues in a clear and concise manner.
  • Address stakeholder concerns and manage expectations effectively.
  • Ensure all project deliverables are completed and accepted by the client.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and gather lessons learned for future improvement.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive project closure reports to management.
  • Implement process improvements and contribute to enhancing the organization's project
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and AI, and integrate them into the organization's processes.

Cost & Risk Analysis

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality.
  • Establish quality standards and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and assess project risks, creating risk response strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Project Management Certification is essential.
  • Advance Excel, Presentation skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different departments and levels of the organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
