About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager - Quality in Jumeirah Al Naseem. The Assistant Manager will be responsible to enhance organisational performance by ensuring high standards of quality across all operations and driving key strategic projects. Developing and maintaining quality management systems, leading cross-functional project teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive quality management system to ensure consistent quality across all operations.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at continuous improvement of processes, products, and services, fostering a culture of quality and excellence.
  • Provide support to special projects related to guest experience enhancement.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of facilities, operations, and services to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with LQA/Forbes/FHR standards.
  • Analyze guest feedback, reviews, and survey results to identify trends, areas of concern, and opportunities for improvement (Medallia, booking.com, TripAdvisor, etc.).
  • Maintain quality assurance standards and procedures to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service across all departments.
  • Collaborate with department heads and staff to develop action plans and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Coordinate with L&D for necessary training sessions based on audit/guest feedback. Prepare and present reports of all the above to management.
  • Identify potential project and quality risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the organization to align quality initiatives with business objectives and ensure project support and success.
  • Monitor project and quality performance metrics, provide regular updates to senior management, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • UAE National as per government requirements
  • Bachelor degree holder in relevant specialism.
  • 3-5 years of experience in quality management, project management, or a related role
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Good Microsoft 365 knowledge
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal management and negotiation skills
