Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for reporting, analytics, and planning.
Design, develop and implement BI Analytics and Planning Analytics solutions, including reports, dashboards, scorecards, and planning models, to meet business needs.
Create and maintain data models and metadata definitions within Data modules, IBM Cognos Framework Manager and IBM Planning Analytics Workspace.
Develop and optimize SQL queries and write PL/SQL scripts to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into FP&C data mart.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
Provide technical guidance and support to end-users in utilizing Database and reporting tools effectively.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the availability, performance, and security of FP&C reporting infrastructure.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IBM Cognos Analytics/BI technology and recommend enhancements or new features to improve business processes.
Adhere to established data governance and security policies to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of bank data.
Education:
Minimum Bachelor degree in Computer Science or IT, or relevant field.
Experience:
Minimum 6-8 years as a System accountant or System Engineer.
