Position is based in India, Bangalore.
SCOPE:
To work closely with Aerospace customers to identity more opportunities to sale products and provide technical support on need basis.
Find prospects and develop new customers.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITES:
Market and technology research pertaining to Aerospace OEM Market
Adherence to given sales target
Formulation of penetration strategy
New products trials and implementation.
Health and safety adherence.
To identify new areas/new customers to sale our existing new products.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
Field related Technical knowledge is a must.
Capability to access the top management of the customer.
Stimulate open climate to implement the best solutions for the business.
Teamwork within the peer groups to achieve tasks in line with the vision of the business.
Presentation Skills.
8-12 years Sales experience on coatings, sealants and aircraft transparencies will be an added advantage.
