Assistant Product Manager- Projects (ADI Consumer Finance)

Job Purpose:

Assist in running the product business function department and activities for ADI Consumer Finance financing across different channels.

Key Accountabilities:

Assist Head of products on daily tasks, new projects, new product testing, and launches.

Assist on process improvement initiatives for better customer experience & quicker turnaround time.

Follow up on new projects, change requests & new products.

Keep a close eye on card stocking, and initiate internal approvals on new replenishment requests.

Circulate & secure necessary approvals on contracts, partnerships, NDA's, and processes, and proper documentation.

Assist on driving process improvement initiatives for better customer experience & quicker turnaround time.

Conduct regular reviews & analysis on our portfolio & performance indicators.

Smooth engagement & co-operation with other team members.

Monitor the running campaigns.

Conduct needful trainings when required.

Ensure communicating awareness on all campaigns, offers, changes, etc... to our call center, on ground team.

Assist in developing & enhancing existing/New products in terms of features & processes.

Ready competitive reviews covering BNPL/Consumer Finance/Credit Cards/Market trends/Fintechs.

Run new promos initiatives and activities as assigned.

Assist in monthly business reviews preparations.

Keep track of daily and monthly product KPIS.

Other tasks and projects as assigned.

Minimum Requirement:

Bachelor's degree and/or MBA major in marketing or business studies.

Min 3-5 years working experience.

Good analytical skills, cross functional communication, project implementation skills.

Able to handle complex projects and synergize internal and external resources.

Be passionate of fast growing business with good ownership, can deliver under pressure and multi-cultural organization.

Good industrial experience (Experience in Consumer Finance, Finance Services, or Fintech is highly preferred).
