Position: Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Sell new and existing exhibitions to achieve strategic targets whilst improving the quality of existing exhibitions.
- Researching different markets and trends to assess the potential to launch new exhibitions or expand existing exhibition profiles
- Research and visit competitive exhibitions to source new ideas and market practices.
- Ensure the sales management, customer records, billing, payment and credit control is managed effectively. This will require good project and task management skills and directly impact on cash flow and revenue management.
- Ensure sales, billing, records and approvals are received according to approved process and policy.
- Manage sales, administration, operations and marketing teams, either directly or indirectly according to approved process guidelines.
Qualifications
- Degree with Project Management modules preferred.
- Minimum 5 year's work experience in Project Management
- Sales experience essential.
- Marketing experience preferred.
- Good general IT skills especially Excel, Powerpoint or relevant presentation software.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to network and form strong customer and market relationships.
- Knowledge of CRM software preferred although full training will be provided
