The primary role of a Pension Administrator is to be the point of contact of Lump Sum Bond Account that is responsible for the end-to-end policy issuance process and to assist Asset Trade Desk for LSBA investment for Asset Transfers, Dealing Instructions, Account Statement and Valuation request and other investment and policy servicing related matters. The role also involve other administrative task with the objective of assisting the department in client servicing task management and MIS reporting.
- Prepares and maintains weekly DSA BTD report which included Flexi Life, Super Secure and Infinity Life.
Liaising with local offices and offshore offices in the platform- Processing paperwork for trades and related activity
Maintaining policy owners register
- Preparing valuation statements
Ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering procedures- Reporting of fund transactions to Finance
Reconciling daily cash accounts.
- Attending walk in, incoming calls, email requests related to Operations Customer Services
Any other responsibility assigned by management.
Bachelors in Finance or Accounts- 3-5 years local experience in insurance industry, preferably life insurance/investment related products.
Eager to learn with an understanding of world business and financial affairs and an awareness of trends and current activity in the financial market
- Ability to liaise effectively with clients
Previous track of success in similar role- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English & Arabic.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
