Bring new business with existing clients (Cross-selling) and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.

Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, acting as their trusted partner and explore opportunities for growth and upsell additional services or features as appropriate.

Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs.

Meet and keep in touch regularly with client and build client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.

Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals, and daily transaction.

Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met.

Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly.

Negotiate contracts, and prepare the agreement.

Support the clients in banking process when initiated (open bank account) and keep follow up in needed.

Track the customer transaction in daily basis, act as a point of contact for clients to address inquiries, issues, and concerns, coordinating with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution.

Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.

Maintain portfolio and increase the customer revenue by 10% annually.

Maintain and return the clients who have got another offer or have an issue with the service

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree Required.
