Role Description
Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
Oversee and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and hosts. Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns, resolving complaints, and maintaining a positive dining experience for all patrons.
Contribute to achieving sales goals and financial targets by implementing strategies to increase sales, manage costs, and optimize profitability.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and sanitation practices. Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and organization.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with restaurant operations, POS systems, and basic accounting principles. Understanding of food safety regulations and health codes.
