What You'll Do:
Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
Support, mentor, and develop our team of hospitality professionals
Monitor and manage budgets, inventory, and financial performance
Maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness
Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, staff, and suppliers
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good understanding of restaurant financials and cost control
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)
