Assistant Restaurant Manager - Waldorf Astoria Lusail Doha
An Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee the Food & Beverage operation to ensure high standards of quality and service.
What will I be doing
Oversee food and beverage service to meet the standards
Manage the flow of customers and coordination between front and back-of-house during service.
Maximize sales opportunities through up-selling and training staff on effective sales techniques.
Ensure staff maintain brand standards and deliver exceptional levels of customer service.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Accurately manage all transactions, including POS system oversight, cash handling, and billing.
Manage team schedules, ensuring optimal staffing levels during peak and off-peak hours.
Control inventory, monitor stock levels, and minimize wastage through effective resource management.
Lead regular training sessions to keep the team updated on service protocols and luxury standards.
Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement strategies for service improvement.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all aspects of restaurant operations.
Conduct performance evaluations, providing feedback and coaching to team members.
