Job Description

Job Overview:

  • To support the attractions operating group in delivery of annual financial targets
  • Be responsible for group wide retail operational standards and SOP'S.
  • To Support our games and photography partners on driving performance and innovations.
  • Support the attraction teams by attending monthly operational meetings.
  • Act as the first point of contact to the onsite operating group.
  • Work alongside key internal/external stakeholders to implement new products across the estate.
  • Act as the point of contact for new retail initiatives ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the expected standards.
  • Work closely with your line manager to deliver the games and photography strategic roadmaps.
  • To work closely with our marketing teams and IPs to maximize onsite event activations.
  • To support the business with any reasonable requests such as customer service/sales training and best practice documents.

Years of Experience:

  • 3-4 years working in a theme park/leisure environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years working within a partnership/relationship management role.
  • An understanding of managing projects from concept stage to execution
  • Experience in compiling and delivering training packages to internal/external stakeholders.

Skills:

  • Strong Partnership/relationship management skills.
  • Good understanding of business and financial concepts and demonstrated ability to lead the team to drive results.
  • Established time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (i.e., verbal, non-verbal, visual) with the ability to communicate effectively in public to both small and large groups.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a positive attitude Initiative-taking self-starter with good initiative.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Managing of GANT plans

Desirable:

  • Proficiency in other languages a plus.
  • Basic understanding of photography.
