Our client, a leading business conglomerate, is currently seeking to fill the position of Assistant Manager - Corporate Sales within their Travel Division.
Budget: AED 12,000- 16,000 + Bonus

Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive corporate sales growth.
Identify and target potential corporate clients through research, networking, and outreach.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients.
Understand client needs and tailor travel solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
Work closely with other departments, including operations, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of travel services.
Assist in training and mentoring junior sales team members.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management review.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate sales within the travel industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel as needed.
