Role Overview: Join ATN Campus Dubai as an Assistant Sales / Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in our dynamic Marketing Department. You will be instrumental in driving our marketing strategies forward, supporting team operations, and ensuring effective collaboration across departments. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven insights and innovative campaign execution.
Assist the Sales/Marketing Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and team activities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
Provide guidance and support to the marketing team, conducting regular meetings.- Manage and optimize conversion activities and plans.
Act as the primary liaison between student recruitment and marketing teams for campaign execution.
- Lead the lead nurturing and conversion process.
Prepare comprehensive weekly performance reports for departmental review.- Analyze sales data to identify marketing gaps and enhance recruitment efforts.
Lead weekly performance meetings, advising on campaign adjustments.
- Manage School and Corporate Outreach and Development Projects.
Drive communications strategy, supporting team efforts as needed.- Coordinate campaign briefings with design teams and review outputs.
Assist in creating marketing collateral and promotional materials.
- Recommend cost-effective promotional activities.
Optimize offline advertising channels through effective media agency management.- Maximize CRM (Hubspot) usage with agency support to ensure ROI.
Foster innovation and enthusiasm within the team, staying updated on marketing trends and competitor activities.
- Manage Alumni Relations Outreach and Development initiatives.
Oversee Student Intern Initiative, from recruitment to training.- Lead customer relationship programs and monitor satisfaction levels.
Stay abreast of marketing trends and competitor activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
Ensure compliance with copyright and data protection laws.
The successful candidate will possess:
Proven experience in a marketing department, ideally as an Assistant Marketing Manager or similar role.- Successful track record in campaign planning and execution.
Experience in team management.
- Self-motivation with strong collaboration skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.- Proficiency in CRM, leads management, and database usage.
Solid understanding of marketing strategies and their application.
- Background in performance measurement and monitoring.
Honors degree or higher qualification in a relevant field.
