Job Summary:

The Assistant Spa Manager will work closely with the Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of the spa. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, assisting with marketing efforts, and maintaining facility standards. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with experience in the wellness or hospitality industry who enjoys creating a positive and memorable experience for both clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the spa runs smoothly and meets high standards for cleanliness, ambiance, and customer service.
• Team Leadership: Support, train, and motivate spa staff, including therapists, front desk staff, and other team members to deliver outstanding service and meet professional standards.
• Customer Service Excellence: Ensure each client receives a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their spa experience; handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Inventory and Supplies: Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring necessary supplies and products are in stock and ordering items as needed.
• Sales and Marketing: Assist with promotional campaigns, social media management, and client retention strategies to drive business growth.
• Financial Reporting: Support financial processes such as budgeting, daily reconciliation, and expense tracking in collaboration with the Spa Manager.
• Scheduling: Coordinate scheduling of spa treatments, staff shifts, and special events to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction.
