Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager at AirZone Egypt located in Port Said. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, effective communication, store management, and retail loss prevention. The Assistant Store Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional experiences to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate store daily operations.
  • Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
  • Supervise and motivate staff to perform and evaluate employee performance.
  • Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues and expenses.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functionable and presentable.
  • Make sure all employees adhere to company's policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Store Management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Prior experience in the entertainment or retail industry is a must
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a must
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts.
  • Good command of English.
