Job Purpose:
Lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Aldar Development's real estate projects, managing campaigns from ideation through launch. Ensure effective positioning and promotion of properties to drive sales and brand awareness across all channels.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects
- Lead brand and content strategy, ensuring consistency across all marketing initiatives
Campaign Development:
- Oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns for new and existing product launches
- Lead and execute Aldars brand and content strategy in partnership with the Head of Department, ensuring consistency and alignment across all marketing initiatives.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate with Development, Sales, and Construction Management teams
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on various matters related to real estate development
Market Research and Analytics:
- Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities
- Utilize advanced analytics to inform marketing strategies and optimize performance
Content Creation and Management:
- Supervise the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, presentations, and literature
- Oversee website and social media content management
Event Management:
- Oversee the planning and execute promotional events and digital campaigns
- Represent the company at key industry events
Stakeholder Management:
- Deliver high-impact presentations to various audiences
- Manage relationships with external partners and contractors
Team Leadership:
- Provide strategic guidance to marketing associates
- Oversee daily administrative functions of the marketing department
Innovation and Trends:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and innovative marketing techniques
- Drive digital transformation in marketing strategies
Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze campaign performance and ROI
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management
Working Conditions:
- Regular working hours, with flexibility required for launch events and campaign deadlines
- Office-based with occasional travel to project sites, events and ad shoots
Related years of experience:
Min of 8+ years of Marketing, preferably in an advertising agency or related sector.
Years in managerial position:
At least 3 years in a leadership/management role.
Field of Experience:
Real Estate Sector / Advertising / Communications / Brand Marketing
Technical and Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and digital marketing tools
- Experience in real estate or property development marketing preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing/ Mass Communication / online advertising
