Job Description

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops key performance indicators, metrics and ad-hoc data definitions, documentation and data analysis in support of CCAD operations and quality
  • Data responsibilities encompass strategic, process improvement, quality improvement and exploratory data
  • Provides analytical and operational data to identify and facilitate improvement planning with assigned administrators and institute chairs
  • Provides data analysis and participates in improvement plans with QPSI personnel
  • Implements data projects as assigned by the Director of Clinical Operations or institute chairs and administrators
  • Collect and analyze data to collaborate with other departments to fully assess the viability of strategic initiatives
  • Performs other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

Typical physical demands include: a high degree of manual dexterity to sufficiently perform computer functions on a keyboard, produce materials on a PC and operate basic office equipment, normal or corrected vision and hearing, operate audiovisual equipment used during training programs, physically move, lift and carry training equipment and materials, mobility sufficient to visit with departments or employees throughout CCAD, stand in front of an audience for up to eight (8) hours a day and lift up to 30 lbs.

Managerial Responsibilities includes overall accountability for assigned work group relative to operational goals, personnel requirements and budgetary constraints.

Assume responsibility of own safety and health and will abide by CCAD Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures as per OSHAD and any other relevant requirements.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

ESSENTIAL

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, or related field, is required

PREFERRED

Education

  • Master's degree in Healthcare, or related field, is preferred

Experience

Minimum of four (4) years experience in health care with preference for prior experience with complex clinical and financial data, is required

Job Specific Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of health care data analysis and evaluation techniques related to clinical processes and outcomes
  • Ability to speak and write in English is required
  • Proficient in the use of PCs and spreadsheets
  • Strong oral and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to speak and write in both English and Arabic is preferred
  • Proficient in the use of PCs and spreadsheets

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
