Associate Application Support

We are seeking outstanding Junior Application Support to join us at hashtag#SIGMA!

Requirements:

0-1 year of experience.

Good knowledge in BSS products architecture, interfaces and communication protocols specially Huawei BSS COTS products.

Excellent Troubleshooting skills

Good knowledge of UNIX Operating System and environment.

Good knowledge of Database, preferably Oracle

Knowledge of IS security would be added advantage.

Ability to communicate easily and well with both technical and non-technical staff at all levels, with strong customer service skills.
