Job DescriptionThe Associate Business Director will be responsible for leading the day-to-day client relationship, ensuring smooth operations, overseeing the team's performance, and delivering client satisfaction. This role will involve meeting with clients, presenting strategies, and maintaining effective communication. The Associate Business Director will report directly to the business lead on the account.
Main Tasks
Technical & Product
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for day-to-day activities
Ensure that the team is delivering high-quality work that meets the client's objectives and expectations
Develop and present strategies that align with the client's business goals
Lead and manage a team of account executives and coordinators, providing guidance and support as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as creative, social media, and digital teams to ensure that all deliverables are aligned with the client's needs
Identify opportunities to grow the account and drive revenue growth for the agency
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and effective delivery
Provide regular reporting and status updates to the client and internal stakeholders
Expert in digital and social media platforms and their technical requirements for effective communication

Finance savvy and ability to take the right decisions to impact the business
Strong business sense and ability to understand client objectives and goals
Experience in managing and leading teams, with a focus on optimizing team productivity and efficiency

QualificationsEducation and Experience Required
At least 10 years of experience in a related role, with a focus on managing client relationships and leading teams
Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective digital and social media strategies for clients
Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to stay up to date with new technologies and trends in digital and social media
Knowledge of project management tools and software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with managing teams of both content and creative
Experience with data analytics and digital marketing tools
