Urgent requirement for a Associate Custody Client Management and Business Development (Qatarization) to based in Qatar for a major financial institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive sustainable growth.
- Support the development and implementation of efficient service delivery processes, focusing on cost optimization.
- Implement and adhere to KPIs and best practices for Custody Client Management and Business Development.
- Promote cost efficiency and productivity, reducing waste and maximizing benefits for the bank.
- Operate within delegated authority to execute tasks and responsibilities effectively.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and service requests via email, phone, and in-person meetings, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Assist Relationship Managers (RMs) with ongoing client management activities.
- Support the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Provide timely and accurate information to auditors, compliance teams, and internal stakeholders as needed, focusing on custody client operations.
- Address customer inquiries related to the bank's products, seeking appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and enhance turnaround times.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- No prior experience required, ideal for recent graduates.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred).
- Strong organizational, planning, and analytical abilities.
- High standards of ethics and integrity.
- Effective relationship-building skills with a focus on customer service and credit documentation.
- Awareness of risk management principles and corporate banking regulations.
