Job Description

  • Contribute to business development and proposal writing
  • Detailed Negotiate with contractors and suppliers
  • Mentor and train junior staff members
  • Ensure all deliverables are reviewed in detail and challenged
  • Oversee and review work of junior team members
  • Assist in ensuring that Cost Management Plan is implemented by the team
  • Provide high-level financial oversight, including budget management, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement cost control strategies
  • Lead and manage complex cost management projects
  • Provide high-level cost advice to clients and project teams
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Advise on procurement strategies
  • Handle complex contract negotiations and dispute resolutions.
  • Oversee all contract management activities, ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management and stakeholders, providing insights into project financial status.
  • Prepare Benchmark Analysis and Justifications
  • Prepare Final Account and Project Close Out
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks in projects
