Job Title: Associate Director, Project Delivery

Join a dynamic project delivery team focused on high-profile hospitality and residential developments within an expansive mixed-use site. Reporting to the Director of Project Delivery, this role offers the chance to lead the delivery of hotels and residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead the delivery of complex hospitality and residential developments, including two theme park hotels (420-key and 96-key concept assets) and townhouse and apartment developments.
- Strategic Oversight: Provide strategic guidance on program, construction methodology, and design solutions, ensuring projects align with broader business objectives.
- Consultant and Contractor Management: Oversee consultants and contractors, representing the client's interests through design and construction phases, to ensure high standards and timely project delivery.
- Technical Expertise: Leverage deep technical knowledge in hotel and residential construction, maintaining rigorous standards for quality, efficiency, and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in hotels and residential development with a focus on technical/building expertise.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase developments.
- Experience in strategic planning and construction methodology
- Ability to oversee and manage consultants and delivery partners.
