As focal contact point (Delivery Hotline) to support external and internal communication which interfaces with regional Intel Customer Service (CS), Customer Business Analyst (CBA), Geo Supply Analyst (GSA), Divisional Planners, Penang External Warehouse (PEW) and other stakeholders as necessary
To support all expedites and pull-in requests as defined in the Logistics Customer Service Etiquette Guidelines, the Logistics-Planning Service Level Agreement (SLA), and other related specs/business processed defined by customer and its business partners.
- To send pre-alert to PEW/Spare Mall on order cancellations, QAN HOLD, shipment delays, general e-mail inquiry related to operation activity and other Discrepancy issues that may lead to CGID (Confirmed Goods Issue Date) or CDD (Confirmed Delivery Date) miss.
Possess capability to track and trace whereabouts of inbound and outbound shipments.- To support Customers dropship & direct ship requirements. This may involve invoice swap, price masking, pre-alerts, follow up with buyer on documents and other drop-ship requirement.
To manage Inventory, Hold QAN (Quality Action Notice) Management and Rework activities pull-back to factory.
- To communicate to CBAs on the shipment on-hold or delayed.
To managed Customer Service Queries and Communication.- To maintain 5S, cleanliness, and orderliness of the office working area, good working condition of machines/ equipment, including IT & communication systems and the entire facility premises.
To properly file, update and maintain all company documents and records.
- To perform other duties as required or directed as per business need.
Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or Professional Certificate or Diploma holder in relevant disciplines.
- Knowledge of warehouse management system would be an advantage.
Service oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills.
